There are a variety of tools being used for producing this lamp. You can find a list of them on the Hardware & Software page.

The most complicated and sensitive tool to use is the 3D printer. For the project, the Ultimaker 2+ Connect was used, and would recommend the same for you if you’re printing this lamp. However, you are always free to use whatever printer you have, only that the quality and accuracy of the output is not guaranteed.

To print exactly what you want, you’ll need to save the final output made by Cura onto a USB, feed it into the printer, then select the file to print. You can find this instruction set on the Instruction Manual page.
