This instruction set is made for those who want to print and build this lamp on their own. It is assumed that you have some general knowledge of circuits and soldering, as well as possessing basic tools such as saws, filers, power sources, etc.


  1. Download the .stl files from the CAD Files Directory under “3D Models Ready To Print”.

  2. Import the files into Ultimaker Cura and format them to look like this:

(make sure to select your corresponding printer when setting up Cura)

  1. Check your print settings and make sure they are identical with what’s in the video:

  1. Click on “Slice” and make sure everything looks right. The print time should be around 7 hours, and weigh approximately 60 grams.

  1. Once all is ready, save the slice to a USB stick and move over to your 3D printer. Check that the printer is set with the right material (White PLA) and select your file to start the print process!

  2. Once your print has printed, removed it carefully from the print plate and head on to remove the support structures. Make sure to not damage anything in the process of the support structure’s removal. It should end up looking something like this:
